Kingdom Tree Launches Fundraising Campaign to Grow a Stronger, Healthier Community

Raleigh, USA — Kingdom Tree, a newly formed nonprofit, is excited to announce the launch of its inaugural fundraising campaign, "Well Fed Community Garden Fundraiser!" This initiative is designed to bring fresh, locally grown produce to the heart of our community while creating a welcoming space for families, neighbors, and volunteers of all ages to gather, learn, and thrive.

Kingdom Tree will be located at The Well Fed Community Garden starting January 1st. This is a place where southern hospitality meets the spirit of sustainability. Our mission at Kingdom Tree is simple: to love our neighbor and improve the quality of their life. We can do this through providing access to nutritious, homegrown food for those in need, while fostering connections and a sense of belonging through gardening and environmental education.

“We believe that everyone should have access to fresh, healthy food, and we’re here to make that happen,” says Miles Carr, Founder and CEO of Kingdom Tree.

The Well Fed Community Garden Fundraiser
This fundraising campaign is aimed at raising $100,000 to cover essential costs like property upkeep, maintenance, and the dedicated hands that keep everything growing. Every contribution, big or small, helps us ensure that The Well Fed Community Garden remains a place of hope, learning, and nourishment. We’re calling on everyone—local businesses, families, and friends—to lend a hand in making this dream a reality.

How You Can Get Involved

  • Donate: Visit our website at www.kingdomtree.org/give to make a one-time or recurring donation.

  • Volunteer: Join us for our weekly gardening days or special community events. No experience is needed—just bring your love for the land and a willingness to help!

  • Sponsor: Local businesses are invited to become garden sponsors with naming opportunities, as well as recognition on our website and at garden events.

  • Spread the Word: Share our campaign on social media, tell your neighbors, and help us cultivate a garden of generosity!

A Garden for All
Kingdom Tree is more than a nonprofit—we’re a community rooted in love and dedicated to cultivating a brighter future for all. We welcome people of all ages and skill levels to roll up their sleeves and join us in the garden. It’s a chance to connect, learn, and make a real difference together.

“We’ve got big dreams and even bigger hearts, and we’re thrilled to watch this community bloom,” said Kristi Verde, Founder and CBO of Kingdom Tree.
